Sleepy Princee’s Terms of Service

1. I have the right to refuse any commissions I’m given, and I do not need to give an explanation.

2. I have the right to stop working on a commission and/or cancel said commission due to poor/rude/inappropriate communication.

3. I will not recreate another person’s art unless permission is given by the original artist.

4. When paying for the commission, you’re paying for the time and effort put into the art, and I will still own the rights to the image. Therefore you cannot claim the art as your own, and I may post it wherever I would like, unless requested otherwise.

5. If the commission is time-sensitive, and I have other commissions to work on first, you may pay extra to get me to move your priority up. Otherwise, do not rush me. Turn around time can take anywhere between a week to a month as I have health issues and life to deal with. Apologies in advance.

6. The commission may not be reproduced, converted to an NFT, or profited from by anyone other than the artist.

7. The commission can not be edited, traced or warped without the consent of the artist.

8. If the art is used anywhere, the customer must credit me (sleepy_princee) somewhere on the post/profile/description.

9. If the commission is for commercial use, you must let me know before I begin.

10. Once the sketch has been complete, you may not get a refund. If it’s an emergency, you can get 50% back, but I cannot promise anything.

11. When ordering NSFW, you MUST provide ID. No ifs or buts about it. This is for legal reasons, and I do not want to endanger any minors or myself. Thank you.

12. When working on the commission, a WIP will be sent once the sketch is done so I can adjust any details that don’t look right to the customer. This will be the only stage where major changes are done, after this one mild colour tweaks and lineart can be adjusted.
